Dr. Peter Sunday Adebola
Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics with First Class Honours of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Master of Science Degree in Economics of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He equally holds a Master of Science in International Securities Investment and Banking from ICMA Centre, University of Reading, United Kingdom. He also holds a doctor of Phylosophy (Ph.D)- Investment Finance of Babcock University, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria CITN. Besides, he is an Associate Member of the following professional bodies: The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria as well as Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK. He equally holds a Professional Certificate in International Fixed Income and Derivatives (IFID) of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), Zurich and he is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
Prior to joining Edgefield Group, he had previously worked for BGL Securities Limited, WSTC Financial Services Limited, Capital Express Securities Limited, and Wesley Morgan Consulting Limited. Mr. Adebola has cognate experience in Investment Banking ranging from Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Trading, Capital Market Operations, Trade Execution, and Asset Management.
He has attended various local and overseas trainings relating to Financial Markets. He is also a visiting lecturer to many professional Tuition Houses in Nigeria as well as a guest lecturer in Seminars, Workshops, and Strategy Sessions of big corporations.
Ogechi Ogonnaya
Ogonnaya Ogechi is responsible for all the regulatory reports. She oversees Investment and Stockbroking Ancillary Services of Edgefield Capital Management Limited. She is a graduate of Government and Public Administration from Imo State University Owerri, a graduate member of Nigeria Institute of Management and also a sponsored individual of the Securities & Exchange Commission. Before joining Edgefield Capital Management, she has worked with Core Trust& Investment Limited where she garnered experience in Asset and Portfolio Management.
Obianuju Geraldine Ofoma
Obianuju Geraldine Ofoma is the Chief Financial Officer of Edgefield Capital Management Limited. Prior to joining Edgefield, she worked at Horizon Stockbrokers Limited as Operations Officer and before then worked at Justin Emeh & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Accountant. She is a graduate of Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science & Technology. She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. She is also an Associate Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
Grace Olufunmilayo Ojo
Grace Oluwafunmilayo Ojo is the Head of the Business Development Group. She is a graduate of Metallurgy and Material Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State. She also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Electronics and Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Lagos State University in Nigeria.
Grace is both an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers, Nigeria. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. Before joining Edgefield Capital Management Limited, she was a Managing Consultant at Bimbol Consultancy Services and previously worked as a Unit Manager with Mutual Benefits Life Assurance Limited.
Grace Ojo’s publication titled “Reflating Economy Through Insurance” featured in the Journal of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) – the 60th Anniversary edition, in July 2019. Besides, she was also among the team selected for the 2019 Course book Domestication Program for the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She worked on the course books “Insurance Underwriting Process” and “Insurance Marketing” with her team. She is happily married with Children.
Ofonime Ekwere Jonathan
Ofonime is an Investment Banker with over 15 years of work experience in Share Registration and other capital market transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration, Institute of Capital Market Registrars and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. Prior to Joining Edgefield Capital Management Limited, Ofonime worked with Africa Prudential Plc where she participated in various capital market transactions and strategic & Innovative business development projects. She held various Strategic Positions such as; Head, Verification Unit, and Head Reconciliation Units. Her last role was the Product Sales and Marketing Manager. Ofonime is currently the Head of Operations with Edgefield Capital Management Limited.
