Peter Sunday Adebola
Group Vice-President
Peter holds a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Economics with First Class Honours of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master of Science Degree in Economics of University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He equally holds a Master of Science in International Securities Investment and Banking of ICMA Centre, University of Reading, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Associate Member of the following professional bodies: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria as well as Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK. Besides, he holds a professional Certificate in International Fixed Income and Derivatives (IFID) of International Capital Market Association (ICMA), Zurich and he is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange Limited(NGX)
Prior to joining Edgefield Group, he had previously worked for BGL Securities Limited, WSTC Financial Services Limited, Capital Express Securities Limited and Wesley Morgan Consulting Limited. Mr. Adebola has cognate experience in Investment Banking ranging from Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisition, Securities Trading, Capital Market Operations, Trade Execution and Asset Management.
He has attended various local and overseas trainings relating to Financial Markets. He is also a visiting lecturer to many professional Tuition Houses in Nigeria as well as guest lecturer in Seminars, Workshops and Strategy Sessions of big corporations.

Olubode Adegboye Olatunji
Managing Director
Olubode Adegboye Olatunji is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Edgefield Capital Management Limited. Prior to joining Edgefield Capital Management Limited, he worked at WSTC Financial Services Limited as Relationship Management Executive and later joined Dynamic Portfolio as Senior Investment Analyst. He also worked at Horizon Stockbroker Limited as Head of Operation and rose to become the Managing Director. He has about 17 years’ cognate experience in the Capital Market.
He is a graduate of Economics from University of Ilorin and holds M.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. Besides, he is a member of other professional bodies including The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He has attended and facilitated various seminars and conferences.
Ogechi Ogonnaya
Compliance Officer
Ogonnaya Ogechi is responsible for overseeing Investment and Stockbroking Ancillary Services of Edgefield Capital Management Limited. She is a graduate of Government and Public Administration from Imo State University Owerri, and also a graduate member of Nigeria Institute of Management.
Prior to joining Edgefield Capital Management, she has worked with Core Trust& Investment Limited where she garnered experience in Asset and Portfolio Management.
Grace Oluwafunmilayo Ojo
Business Development
Grace Oluwafunmilayo Ojo is the Head, Business Development Group. She is a graduate of Metallurgy and Material Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State. She also holds Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Electronics and Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Lagos State University in Nigeria.
Grace is an Associate member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in Nigeria. Prior to joining Edgefield Capital Management Limited, She was a Managing Consultant of Bimbol Consultancy Services and previously worked as Unit Manager with Mutual Benefits Life Assurance Limited.
Grace Ojo’s publication titled “Reflating Economy through Insurance,” featured in the high impact journal of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) – the 60th Anniversary edition, in July 2019. Besides, she was also among the team selected for the 2019 Course book Domestication Program for the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and worked on the course books “Insurance Underwriting Process” and “Insurance Marketing” with her team.
She is happily married with Children.
Obianuju Geraldine Ofoma
Chief Financial Officer
Obianuju Geraldine Ofoma is the Chief Financial Officer of Edgefield Capital Management Limited. Prior to joining Edgefield, she worked at Horizon Stockbrokers Limited as Operations Officer and before then worked at Justin Emeh & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Accountant.
She is a graduate of Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science & Technology.
She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. She is also an Associate Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
